A Whole New Story

I am Maru.

Yea I got the usual baju raya and everything. My baju raya was ready months back, because Dad likes to buy us (my mum and me) kain ela from Jakel/Biwani’s/Euro Moda (believe me, my dad love buying there including his kain baju melayu) as early as before Ramadhan and had them tailored.

I had 2 pieces of kain that were bought in Bandung and I made them as my baju raya too.

So yeah, that’s practically my raya preparation, maybe if I have some extra money I’ll go and buy some new hijabs but I doubt I will because I have so many hijabs and tudung already.

New shoes? No. My 2 paisr of heels from C&K are perfectly fine.

New handbag? No. The one that I bought in Bandung is rarely used and I’m just going to use it for raya.

What I need is this thing below (that I rambled a  couple of weeks before) and yesterday I finally bought it!

Finally! A decent watch that I can wear everywhere.

Ok I know I’m excited much but this is actually my 1st time buying my own watch with my own money. The previous one that my parents bought me was before I got a job and it had served me well for the past 3 years. Like I said I am attached to my watch(es) and I’m not sure why, but I’m happy that finally I have a decent watch.

So I got what I want for raya. How about you?

Stop battling for something useless.

You know it’s not worth it when however you tried, in any way, you failed.

Miserably.

I have been feeling so many things lately I do not know where to start.

Yesterday, I read this and I was touched. What if this happens to one of my friend? Can I handle it?

Today, I read this and I know I am weak. I need to get over that person.Like the author said, betul2 berserah.

Anyway, this is  a good advert. It’s good to know Leo Burnett is still the company producing it, with Tan Yew Long as one of the creative directors.

I know how to fall in love. I know when I love someone.

Somehow, I realize that now I do not know how to be in love. Bercinta. I didn’t know the ways anymore, or unconsciously I had taught myself to forget how to be in love.

I usually keep a distance between the person that I am newly in love with, or the person who wants to be in love with me.

I am afraid that this will cost me in finding my future life partner.

No, I am not with anybody right now, but I just want someone to teach me how to bercinta again.
