full weekend

18 Jul

Friday

After work, I rushed home to pray, took a bath and changed to proper attire (jeans and t-shirt, of course) and head down to PJ. Was stuck in traffic for 1 and 1/2 hour. Selamat lah.

Picked up the person and headed to Williams. Had seafood aulio, terbaik! Siapa kaki makan pasta sila lah ke Williams makan seafood aulio dia, gua promote ni, serious.

YUMMMMMMMEEHHHHH!

Shared my knowledge on the former system with that person. Left Williams at 11.30pm, dropped him off and went back home. Arrive at 1.00am exact. I know, I am kind of crazy for going home at 1am in the morning, alone. Bukannya dekat PJ – Shah Alam tu. Never again.

Saturday

1st class for Sem 2. Glad to see ‘the gang’ back. By the word ‘gang’, I mean Iza, Ita, Yaz, Hadi and Meno. We are like the noisiest students for part-time ok. Banyak cakap and kaki gelak pulak tu. It felt good to see them again.

1st class, Advanced Interaction Design. Gila banyak keja. BANYAK TAK TIPU. 1st term paper due in 2 weeks. Horror. 2nd class, alamak gua lupa dah nama subject, ok ok, Information Strategic Planning, or SISP (something like that). Ini agak cool sebab lecturer tak nak assignment in hardcopy, dia pening kepala nak baca, so send via email and buat powerpoint presentation je. 3rd class, Network, there were a bunch of students (assuming them are Part 1 and have not yet registered) filled up the classroom. Semua orang jadi tak selesa because ramai sangat, which reminds me off my lectures back in MMU, crammed. When we checked online, only 22 students were registered so the gang is safe.

Owh, ketua kelas aka Meno dah tuntut aku belanja, so next week kena lah belanja diaorang. Hehe.

Classes finished off at 5pm (1 hr earlier) and rushed back home. Syahda was around, changed clothes and went out at 8pm and picked up that person, again. Went to see a new colleague in Puchong and briefed him some of the work details that he needed to know as he is replacing me in my former office. Off to Midvalley after that, 11.45pm show, Predator. It was ok, I guess. Sent that person back and arrived home around 3am. I know, another late night. Huhu.

Sunday

Woke up because that person called and told me he failed his exam undang2. Tried to console him for a bit, promised that I would see him later in the evening if I can. Off to Subang Parade alone to have facial session at Yves Rocher. OMG my skin felt so good after 2-years of no facial. Facial finished at 3pm, and off to Curve to see a very special friend, I will call her MsPink. I had a very special reason to see her and I was glad I met her at last =)

Out from the Curve at 6.45pm, went to PJ to picked up that person again and went to Sunway for Ayam Penyet Ria.  I would put up the picture of that delicious ayam penyet but it is in that person’s phone, still waiting for him to email me the pics. Blog aku ni dah penuh dengan gambar makanan kot, mana la tak tembam asyik makan je. Hahahaha.

So yeah, my weekend was full, tiring and sad for a bit. Why sad? Because I was out for 3 days straight with that person and I was only happy temporarily.

At least I met him, again. I just hope this feeling will just go away.

wedding, eclipse and italiannies

10 Jul

1. Diey’s Wedding

Roomie dearest, finally you are united with the man you love. I still remember those days at Cyber Townhouse where you stayed up late in the morning chatting with Cibit on Skype. All the ups and downs you have gone through with him was worth it. I am so happy for you both. Really really happy. All the best for the beautiful journey ahead of you ;)

2. Eclipse

Thanks to Emi, I watched Eclipse at the e@Curve (yes, it is our favourite place).  I agree with Ain, it was way better than New Moon, but too many kissing scene. I am definitely drooling over Taylor Lautner aka Jacob, and he is becoming better. Rob Pattionso aka Edward with less pouting, but he looked older. There were a few lines which made the audience laughed and even clapped in the cinema, which I liked. As one of the book readers, this is on the adapted movies that I am satisfied with.

3. Italiannies.

Delicious and full, ’nuff said.

It was a very satisfying day.

can’t get you out of my head

Jika nyata aku tidak ditakdirkan untuk menjadi pelengkap tulang rusuknya, pudarkanlah pesonanya dari kedua mataku.

Hmmm… Rasa2 korang, sapa?

perhentian, aku kembali lagi

1 Jun

Aku kembali lagi ke pulau ini. For the third time.

Yes I was in Pulau Perhentian last weekend, joining my department’s Family Day.

Sungguh, aku memang in love dengan pulau ini. Baik Perhentian Kecil or Perhentian Besar. Setiap kali aku kembali, aku tak pernah bosan.

Kali ni, special sikit. Sebab ini 1st time dan last time aku join Family Day ICT JKT, sebabnya lepas ni aku akan start a whole new episode in my career.

Kali ni jugak, aku buat kawan baru. Dulu2 pegi Perhentian dengan close friends, tapi kali ni budak2 JT and PTM lain aku buat kawan. Seronok ah. Bos aku pun join jugak, siap bawak mak dia lagi.

Let the pictures do the talking.

Jeti Besut.

Finally, I am brave enough to snorkel.

Biru dan hijau.

New friends.

The firehouse. Never been here before.

And…

*sighs*

I know I fell.

I know this in my heart.

Whatever it is in my heart, will remain there, obviously.

Perhentian, see you in 5 years, or more.

of migraine and thanks

10 May

I felt sad for ruining my own birthday lunch for the closest family and relatives. My mum had of course, cooked delicious soto and made other dishes, but after I had 2 bowls of soto I felt faint and dizzy, my eyes started to water and became blurry and my head ached like crazy.

I mean, sakit gila aku tak boleh tengok cahaya ok. My right head felt like it was about to explode.

I went to my room and waited until everyone went back and told my mum I can’t take it anymore. Refused to go to the doctor and mum paksa me to take some Panadol Actifast and put some ointment on my head. This is the 1st time I ever had a migraine attack this bad (I think it was due to the hot weather and me staring at laptop screen almost 24/7), even my vision was compromised.

I slept like dead for 2 hrs and I woke up, I felt better but the pain was still there. I had to cancelled my date with my high school girlfriends, I am so sorry. I couldn’t risk myself to drive, takut tengah2 jalan sakit kepala lagi sapa nak bawak keta?

It was by far, the worst ever migraine I ever had and it occurred on my birthday. Signs aku dah tua la tu? Huhu.

Anyway, I would like to thank each and every one of you who had wished me on my birthday. Facebook is indeed a powerful tool, I got about 100+ wishes, and people are saving up their SMS by sending out birthday wishes on social network.

Whatever it is, it’s the thought that counts. THANK YOU AGAIN everyone.

p/s:  This was not my worse birthday. I had worst, believe me.

Bandung-Jakarta Apr 2010

30 Apr

Where to start?

NOTE: THIS IS A LONG POST. BEWARE.

I’m back! And now I am in the office, will be having 2 meetings later at 3pm. Now I wished I had continued my leave but thinking that I am going a trip again later in May *coughs and jeling2 to Diey and Alia*, I have to save my leave in case I need to rest.

Owh yes, tips to go to Jakarta/Bandung:

  1. Drink a lot of water. I had a bottle of mineral water everywhere I go. It was freaking hot there, even in Bandung which was supposed to be chilly.
  2. Candies or gula-gula in case pening or apa. The road there is not really good like in Malaysia.
  3. Spare small money like 1,000RP because there were so many street sellers, musicians and peminta sedekah, lagi2 ramai budak kecik. Tapi janganlah murah hati nak bagi/beli kat semua pulak.
  4. Panadol. Takut sakit kepala/perut.
  5. Don’t go eating randomly at the street stalls. A few of the people had diarrhea after eating aiskrim durian there.

Let’s go through the trip, shall we?

1st day: 24Apr 2010 (Saturday) – Ipoh-KL-Jakarta-Bandung

Woke up very early, drove to Ipoh with parents to catch the bus that is going to send us to LCCT. Started the journey to LCCT at 7.15AM, there were 41 people in the trip (saiko gila ramai). Most of them are my uncle’s ex-colleagues and colleagues. Banyak orang pencen. Reach LCCT around 11AM which was good because our flight to Jakarta was at 1.15PM, then we will take a bus to Bandung. There were some of the participants that will be going to Bandung directly as my uncle had mistakenly click the flight to Bandung instead if Jakarta.

Reached Jakarta around 3.00PM (Malaysian time) at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. My hearing had been compromised due to the air turbulence during the flight and it hurts like hell.  The tour guide was there, he introduced himself as Muslim (what a nice name). The journey from Jakarta to Bandung was 3 hours (macam Taiping-KL sey) IF there is no heavy traffic. When we reached the city, there was of course, heavy traffic, but at least it was moving. Muslim said “ini tak jammed ya, ini biasa saja untuk Sabtu”. WTH? I’d rather live in KL if Saturday pun jammed. Seriously, the traffic is very heavy on Saturday.

The journey to Bandung was tiring. We got to know that the people who landed in Bandung was already at the hotel safe and sound. We reached Bandung around 8.30PM, had dinner and checked into SukaJadi Hotel, Bandung. I went to sleep at 9.30PM. Record tu, awal tu aku tido.

Sukajadi Hotel.
